Co., Ltd. is a stock-system foundry enterprise in the Liaoning province,
which is jointly built by Liaoyang Metals Company with Dagushan ore dressing
plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Complex. We mostly produce heat-resistant
wear-resistant iron and steel castings. Our famous products were
castings having original style, such as Martensite-Bainite ductile iron
grinding ball, modified high manganese steel, toughen high chromium iron
with modification and varied high availability heat-resistant steel castings
etc. The properties characteristic of these products and its primary purpose
is as following:
1. Martensite-Bainite ductile iron grinding ball
HRC 48-60; Average volumetric hardness: HRC 45-55; Hardness difference
in volume: <HRC4; Impact value: 6-12J/cm2; Impact fatigue
life: number> 15000; Breaking rate: < 1%. It may be used in both
wet milling and dry milling operation. Consumption ratio: when wet milling
iron ore- 0.5-0.8kg/ton; when dry milling cement- 80-100g/ton; when dry
milling coal- 50-80g/ton. This product has obtained multiple great reward.
It was listed at 1995 national spark development program ( No 95B071D6500022).
This kind of product was determined application and dissemination at internal
and external consumer as an excellent grinding medium.
2. Modified high manganese steel
In order to overcome shortcoming of the normal high manganese steel which can't fully exerts its high wear-resistance under light impact condition. We were directed against different impact load and have developed manifold low-and micro-alloyed modified high manganese steels by special modification. This modified high manganese steel can obtain more excellent wear-resistance than normal high manganese steel under many working condition. It can increase both original hardness and workharden ability of casting, and can insure working toughness of castings too, thus this casting can increase wear-resistance without breakage. The modified high manganese steel casting can increase average service life 10-30% than normal high manganese steel. This steel may be used as liner of ball mill, bucket and tooth of grab, jaw of jaw-breaker, hammerhead and attack plate of attack-breaker, etc.
3. Toughened high chromium iron
Making use of special mulitalloyed modificator put up modification to high chromium iron and can improve shape and distribution of carbide in its structure, thereby can available increase toughness of high chromium iron casting, so that can prevent rupture of castings under manifold working condition. As a result may fully exert its excellent heat-resistance and wear-resistance. At the same time in order to increase alloyed efficiency, we have designed new internal control chemical composition that apply to concrete working condition on the basis of internal and overseas standards. The new modified high chromium iron had been used as wear-resistant and heat-resistant castings in many metallurgical equipment. As a result, it has greatly both increased working efficiency of equipment and service life of parts and decreased repair cost. Typical wear-resistant castings made of such modified high chromium iron which have obtained notable service virtue is: multifarious grinding balls and liners of ball mill that used in dry milling cement and coal, slide trough liner of various supply system, rolls and guide plate of mill, jacket and impeller of slurry pump and other easy abrasive parts under middle and low impact load. Typical heat-resistant castings made of such modified high chromium iron which have obtained notable service virtue is: grate bar of sintering machine, grate bar of fixed hot screen, harrow of roasting furnace, etc.
4.High availability heat-resistant steel
Putting up micro-alloyed modification by means of special modificator to normal heat-resistant steels and modulating chemical composition according to concrete working condition can increase alloyed efficiency of steel and needful properties for castings. With the result that heat-resistant castings made from this steel can be greatly increased service life. Typical castings which have obtained notable service virtue is: slideway of heating furnace, grate bar of spherule-ore rosting machine, soleplate of heat-treating furnace,etc.
Our company has 130 employees, including 9 technical personnel having high, middle and primary grade assistance, possesses strong technical force. It has factory space 12000m2, factory building two yard, operation area 3200m2, two 3t cupola furnaces, two 250kw middle frequency induction furnaces and six heat-treatment furnace, four bridge type cranes. Moreover has a complete set of technical equipment including frothing and molding action for EPC and sand mold casting. Factory's furnishment makes it possible for advanced technology to be applied. The fine equipment and advanced technology can develop and manufacture high-grade castings with excellent quality and performance. Company's production capacity can reach 6000t iron castings and 1200t steel castings per year. We can both realize production castings according to international standard (ISO) or other external standard.
